If its text why didnt you simply post it in the thread instead of just giving us a link?

Cause..I'm not too keen on clicking random links.

glad these are just rumors, because the Phoenix and Shield of Regen changes would make them quite overpowered...

I'd be against this in general for sure...

PS.: I am of course considering other changes, the ritualist ones look decent overall, but some other ones just dont seem right to be changing so much...

No, they would still not be very useful. These changes are meaningless. Sure, now instead of one or two niche uses, they have four or five.

Boon Prots take the biggest hit with the mesmer skill changes, primary mesmers are not affected much.

Wow, just what we need, weaker caster energy management.

On the other hand, the assassin changes are quite nice. Siphon speed is WTFPWN now, before it was merely excellent.

I would tentatively suggest that everyone already knows this.

Then why are you speculating about how these changes will affect the game if they aren't real changes?

Most of these are too good to be true.

First things first, lets all note that Dwarven Battle Stance does NOT grant a move speed boost.

If this turns out to be true, I can already see some devastating new skill combinations. I look forward to the next skill update, apprehensive as I must be.

Elementalists skills particular caught my eye, some very interesting buffs in there. Mark of Rodgort's AOE burning might just become a staple to PVE ele's.

Mark of Protection's recharge is now very notable, as its PVE applications are huge - under QZ, or maybe just Weapon of Quickening, it can be kept up indefinatly. Shield of Regenerations 10 second recharge speaks for itself.

Warrior PVE skills also got a big boost, including a much needed buff to Protector's Stance - now its justifiable to bring this without On Your Knees. I am glad to see an other boost to Cleave as well.

Having a Ritualist, the Shelter/Ritual Lord 'tone down' hits me close to home, but I dont think itll even make me hesitate in saying "Dont worry, well be fine - Im bringing my Ritual Lord"

These changes actually sound "reasonable" to me, in that the types of changes are in line with what a.net usually does.

Also, anyone remember back before factions was released? Someone posted a pretty accurate list of the new skills for the core classes in much the same way. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same guy leaking the information.
